CENSUS BUREAU -
GBC will host testing and job
application for employment with the
2010 census: 9:00—12:00 every
Monday through March in our lobby. A
representative will be present. A practice
test is available in limited quantities in
the lobby.
ATTENTION PARENTS WITH
BABIES AND SMALL CHILDREN -
We have a very nice, safe, well-staffed
nursery every Sunday morning and
Wednesday night during our regular
services. It is best for babies, parents,
and other worshippers around them for
babies and small children to be placed in
the nursery! If a parent chooses to bring
their child in the worship services please
sit near the back and slip out
immediately if the child begins to cry or
becomes disruptive. Faithful members of
GBCCF should lovingly encourage parents
of small children to utilize the nursery
and children’s ministries. Please
remember that we also have Sunday
School for preschool children and Sunday
School/Worship for children grades 1-6
which meet separate from our worship
services on Sunday and Wednesday.
Two NEW Wednesday Night Bible Studies are underway (started 2/24) - One in a a Million by Priscilla Shirer will meet in Multi-Purpose South. This is an exciting video driven, daily Bible Study of the journey from Egypt to "your promised land". It is a 6-week study and Pastor encourages all thos presenting taking the James MacDonald study on the Greatness of God and those not currently enrolled in a study to attend. Also starting on 2/24 is a study on Hebrews 11 for the men's class that just finished Dare to be Uncommon by Tony Dungy. Any man not currently enrolled in a study may also attend the Hebrews study.
Good Friday Service - Grace Bible Church will hold a special Good Friday service, on April 2nd at Noon. Join us for a time of worship and fellowship with special guest, Lace Taylor.
New Members - Pastor Gene wants to know every church member personally at GBC. He would love for you to set a time that every member of your family could meet together. Please: no meal or dessert is necessary. Pastor Gene will come to your home or meet at church. Be sure to arrange for unsaved and unsure family members to attend. Prayer Request Cards - The Intercessory Prayer Ministry, Mercy Ministry, and Pastor Gene encourage you to use the Prayer Request Cards (located in the pew racks) to notify them of any requests you may have and place them in the offering plate or in the black boxes located around the building. You may also submit your prayer request online.
